Opened in 1996, the Cubi Bar Café is not only a restaurant, but a popular Museum exhibit! The Cafe's decor and layout duplicates the bar area of the famous Cubi Point Officers' Club that was a major source of enjoyment for Navy and Marine Corps squadrons, ships and units as they passed into the Western Pacific.
The Cubi Bar Café is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and serves soups, salads, deli sandwiches and desserts. Breads are baked fresh daily. January 29th purchase one dessert item at regular price and receive one of equal or less value for free.

Rocky Mountain Express propels audiences on a steam train journey through the breathtaking vistas of the Canadian Rockies and highlights the adventure of building the nation’s first transcontinental railway. The completion of the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) in the Rockies in 1885 ranks among the greatest engineering feats in history.Retracing the original route aboard the majestic steam engine 2816, the audience is transported back to the age of steam to re-live this alpine nation-building odyssey. An international team of climbers ascends Mt. Everest in the spring of 1996. The film depicts their lengthy preparations for the climb, their trek to the summit, and their successful return to Base Camp. It also shows many of the challenges the group faced, including avalanches, lack of oxygen, treacherous ice walls, and a deadly blizzard.
