IMAX® Naval Aviation Memorial Theatre
The IMAX® Naval Aviation Memorial Theatre is one of the largest IMAX® theatres in the world and has the largest screen in Florida. It took nearly two years to construct the theatre. Cockpit Trainers Exhibit
Discover the interior of some of your favorite aircraft by visiting the Cockpit Trainers Exhibit on the Second Deck of the South Wing. Climb inside these cockpits, move the control stick, flip switches, and pretend that you are actually flying! The playing of radio transmissions heard by actual aviators approaching an aircraft carrier add to the experience. Other cockpit trainers are available throughout the Museum, many near their represented aircraft. Cockpits featured in Hangar Bay One include the A-6 Intruder, F-8 Crusador, F-14 Tomcat, and the unique AV-8 Harrier. There is no charge to access the Cockpit Trainers Exhibit.
