Significant Achievements:
On 14 Jun. 41 was a gunner in one of 4 TBD-1s from Ford Is. Collided with 6-T-14 & 5 of us bailed out. My pilot managed to fly damaged plane to a forced beach landing SW Barbers Point.3 of us were picked up by a J2F-2 piloted by NAP who made a skillful sea takeoff.
