Crewman/Flight Engineer PBY2. VP-31 Sank German submarine 1943. Ran the J-33 to 1,000 hrs. before major overhaul. Air Force did it why can't Navy? I did it for Navy 1st time Kingsville brought aircraft availability up from 65% to 85%, 1955-56.
